About Joseph Sohos

Having lived in Auckland most of my life, I’ve had the privilege of watching this city grow and change, neighbourhood by neighbourhood, street by street. More than 30 years ago, I began my real estate journey in the western suburbs, earning my salesperson’s certificate and helping local families buy and sell their homes.

My career however pivoted into property investment, where I spent the following two decades purchasing, refurbishing, subdividing, and reselling properties throughout Auckland while holding a property here and there along the way. I've learned not only what makes a successful transaction, but also the many lessons that only experience can teach. I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and over time developed a genuine appreciation for the complexities and opportunities of the property market.

Now, as part of the First National Group Hub (FN Hub) team, I’m bringing that experience full circle. With the freedom to focus on my passion, my goal is simple: to help others buy and sell with confidence.
